If you wish to offer certain values in a particular cell or text on a list, you must already know that this feature is hidden in Excel under the name of validity in the Data menu.

But you first create a list in the spreadsheet of data to be displayed. Now select the cell, which is to receive the list and select the menu data and validity.

In the window, select Validation in the box from the Allow list. Now click on the source and select the list in Excel. Then press OK in the validity window.

Now, you have once the desired cell is selected a shortlist of creating list.
